Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister must
carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of this Act as soon as
practicable after every fifth anniversary of the commencement of the Water
Services Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2012 section 163, and in the
course of that review the Minister must consider and have regard to —
(a) the
adequacy of the penalties imposed under this Act; and
(b) any
other matter that appears to the Minister to be relevant to the operation and
effectiveness of this Act.
(2) The Minister must
prepare a report based on the review carried out under subsection (1) and, as
soon as practicable after the preparation of the report, cause it to be laid
before each House of Parliament.
