Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) A member of a
medical assessment panel is entitled to such fees and allowances as may be
determined by the Minister.
(2) The fees and
allowances mentioned in subsection (1) shall be paid by WorkCover WA from
moneys standing to the credit of the General Account.
