Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) If the members of
the approved medical specialist panel are not in unanimous agreement as to the
degree of impairment, the panel is discharged and a new panel is to be
selected to assess the worker’s degree of impairment in accordance with
section 146N.
(2) A member of a
panel discharged under subsection (1) is not eligible to be selected as a
member of a new panel under that subsection.
