(1) When a document or
other material or information relevant to a proceeding before an arbitrator is
produced or furnished to the arbitrator by a party to the proceeding or
another person (whether or not pursuant to a requirement under this Division),
the arbitrator may produce or furnish the document, material or information to
—
(a) any
other party to the proceeding; or
(b) any
other party’s legal representative or registered agent; or
(c) a
medical practitioner (including a medical assessment panel and an approved
medical specialist panel).
(2) The arbitrator
may, when producing or furnishing documents, material or information, to
another person direct that the person must not cause or permit disclosure of
the information, or information in the documents or material, or any specified
part of that information, to another person.
