(1) Unless it would be
contrary to section 204 or 205 or an order under section 193, a person is
excused from answering a question or producing or furnishing a document,
material or information in a proceeding if the person could not be compelled
to answer the question or produce or furnish the document, material or
information in proceedings in the Supreme Court.
(2) An arbitrator may
require a person to produce a document or other material to the arbitrator for
the purpose of determining whether or not it is a document or material that
the arbitrator has power to require the person to produce.
