(1) A person to whom
money is to be paid under a decision of an arbitrator may enforce the decision
by filing in a court of competent jurisdiction —
(a) a
copy of the decision that the Registrar has certified to be a true copy; and
(b) an
affidavit as to the amount not paid under the decision.
(2) No charge is to be
made for filing a copy of a decision or affidavit under this section.
(3) On filing, the
decision is to be taken to be an order of that court, and may be enforced
accordingly.
