A person appearing
before the Registrar or an arbitrator commits an offence if the person —
(a)
refuses to swear an oath or make an affirmation or statutory declaration when
required by the Registrar or an arbitrator to do so; or
(b) when
required by the Registrar or an arbitrator to give evidence that the person is
competent and compellable to give, does not do so.
Penalty: $2 000.
