Whenever after the
proclaimed date a worker is rendered less able to earn full wages by reason of
suffering from lung cancer in association with that form of pneumoconiosis
known as asbestosis, he is deemed to be so rendered by pneumoconiosis and this
Act applies subject, however, to this Division: but a worker who, after
receiving compensation pursuant to this section, is subsequently employed in
any process entailing substantial exposure to asbestos dust whether by the
same or any other employer, is not entitled to any further compensation or
benefit, in respect of any period of incapacity due to asbestosis or to the
aggravation or acceleration of such disease, arising from his subsequent
employment in that process.
