Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts Where a worker is
rendered less able to earn full wages by reason of suffering from a loss of
function described in column 1 of Schedule 4 and the loss of function is due
to the nature of any employment in which the worker was employed at any time
within 3 years before the date on which the worker is rendered less able to
earn full wages, an injury, being that loss of function, occurs and this Act
applies to such an injury subject to this Division.
