redemption of the liability to pay compensation for an injury by a lump sum if
not registered in accordance with this Act does not nor does the payment of
the sum payable under the agreement exempt the person by whom the compensation
is payable from liability to continue to pay it; and an agreement as to the
amount of compensation to be paid to a person under legal disability or to
dependants, if not so registered, does not, nor does the payment of the sum
payable under the agreement, exempt the person by whom the compensation is
payable from liability to pay compensation.
