assault has the meaning given in section 222 of
The Criminal Code .
(2) A person must not
directly or indirectly assault, threaten or intimidate, or attempt to assault,
threaten or intimidate, an inspector or a person assisting an inspector.
Penalty for this subsection:
(a) for
an individual, imprisonment for 2 years and a fine of $55 000;
(b) for
a body corporate, a fine of $285 000.
