WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2020 - SECT 197

197 .         Compliance with prohibition notice

                The person to whom a direction is given under section 195(2) or a prohibition notice is issued must comply with the direction or notice.

        Penalty:

            (a)         for an individual, a fine of $115 000;

            (b)         for a body corporate, a fine of $570 000.
