WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2020 - SECT 207

207 .         Regulator may vary or cancel notice

                The regulator may do the following —

            (a)         extend the compliance period for an improvement notice in accordance with section 194;

            (b)         vary any other aspect of an improvement notice or vary any other notice;

            (c)         cancel a notice.
