WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2020 - SECT 219

219 .         Compliance with WHS undertaking

                A person must not contravene a WHS undertaking made by that person that is in effect.

        Penalty:

            (a)         for an individual, a fine of $55 000;

            (b)         for a body corporate, a fine of $285 000.
