WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2020 - SECT 225

225 .         Internal reviewer

        (1)         The regulator may appoint a person or body to review decisions on applications under this Division.

        (2)         The person who made the decision cannot be an internal reviewer in relation to that decision.
