Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) This section
applies if an application is made under section 229 for an external review of
a decision.
(2) The Tribunal may
stay the operation of the decision (wholly or partly) pending the Tribunal
acting under section 229A(5)(a) or (b) or for any shorter period the Tribunal
determines.
(3) The Tribunal may
cancel or vary a stay.
(4) If the decision is
a decision referred to in section 229(1)(c), if relevant, the staying of its
operation does not revive the reviewable decision that was the subject of the
internal review.
