WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2020 - SECT 296

296 .         Section 105AB amended

                In section 105AB(3) delete “this Act.” and insert:


                the following —

            (a)         the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 in relation to mines and mining operations;

            (b)         this Act.
