32. Certain local laws not to apply to licensed
pipelines
The provisions of
local laws made under the Local Government Act 1995 in relation to the
following matters do not apply to or in respect of a pipeline the construction
or operation of which is authorised by a licence —
(a) the
keeping, carrying, handling and storage of dangerous things;
(b) the
use, management and maintenance of thoroughfares.
