WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2020 - SECT 356

356 .         Section 246B amended

                In section 246B(2)(f) delete “department within the meaning of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984 ,” and insert:


                WHS department within the meaning of the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 ,
