WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 2020 - SECT 45

45 .         Requirement to comply with conditions of authorisation

                A person must comply with the conditions of any authorisation given to that person under the regulations.

        Penalty:

            (a)         for an individual, a fine of $25 000;

            (b)         for a body corporate, a fine of $115 000.
