WOOD PROCESSING (WESBEAM) AGREEMENT ACT 2002 - SECT 3

3 .         Interpretation

                In this Act —

        the Agreement means the Wood Processing (Wesbeam) Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 1, and includes that Agreement as varied from time to time in accordance with its provisions.
