WATER SERVICES ACT 2012 - SECT 114

114 .         Term used: compliance purposes

                In this Subdivision —

        compliance purposes means the purposes of —

            (a)         investigating whether the obligations of a person (other than a licensee) under this Part are being or have been complied with; and

            (b)         obtaining evidence of a failure to comply with those obligations.
