WORKING WITH CHILDREN (SCREENING) ACT 2004 - SECT 24

24 .         People without current assessment notice not to carry out child-related work

                A person who does not have a current assessment notice must not —

            (a)         be employed in child-related employment; or

            (b)         carry on a child-related business.

        Penalty: a fine of $60 000 and imprisonment for 5 years.
