WORKING WITH CHILDREN (SCREENING) ACT 2004 - SECT 34K

34K .         Designation of authorised officers

                The CEO may, in writing, designate officers of the Department to be authorised officers —

            (a)         generally for the purposes of this Act; or

            (b)         for the purposes of a provision of this Act specified in the designation.
