WORKING WITH CHILDREN (SCREENING) ACT 2004 - SECT 34Q

34Q .         Offence to contravene direction

                A person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with a direction given to the person under this Division commits an offence.

        Penalty: imprisonment for 12 months and a fine of $12 000.
