(1) An entry warrant
comes into force when it is issued by a magistrate.
(2) An entry warrant
may be executed according to its terms by an authorised officer entitled to
enter the place for the authorised purpose specified in the warrant.
(3) However, if an
applicant for an entry warrant contravenes section 34V(4)(c) or 34W(4)(b)(ii),
evidence obtained under the entry warrant is not admissible in proceedings in
a court or tribunal.
