(1) If the WAIRC is
satisfied that it is in the public interest, it may direct that any evidence
given before it, or the contents of any document produced to it, on an appeal
—
(a) must
not be published; or
(b) must
not be published except in a manner, and to persons, specified by the WAIRC.
(2) A person must not
contravene a direction given under this section.
Penalty: a fine of $4 000 and imprisonment for 12
months.
