(1) An order can be
made under this Act by the court in dealing with an offence even though
—
(a) the
offence for which the person is before the court may have been committed; or
(b) the
default in payment may have occurred; or
(c) the
sentence to which the order relates may have been imposed,
as the case requires,
before the commencement of the provision of this Act under which the order is
made.
