Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) The members of the
juvenile justice team dealing with a matter are to decide anything arising in
that matter by a unanimous decision of all members.
(2) If a unanimous
decision cannot be reached, the Coordinator is to send the matter back —
(a) if
the matter was referred by a person, to that person; or
(b) if
the matter was referred by the court, to the court,
with a report to that
effect.
