(1) The court dealing
with a young person who has committed an offence may request the provision to
it of any information that it requires in order to decide how to dispose of
the matter.
(2) The court may
request the chief executive officer to cause to be prepared and submitted to
it such reports concerning the young person as it considers relevant.
(3) The chief
executive officer is to cause the requested reports to be prepared and
submitted to the court.
