Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) If the chief
executive officer is satisfied that it would be appropriate in the
circumstances to do so, the chief executive officer may give the offender
notice in writing that the offender’s obligations under the order are
suspended as specified in the notice.
(2) Subsection (1)
does not apply to an obligation under a condition referred to in section 78.
