Without limiting the
generality of section 196, regulations relating to community work conditions
may —
(a)
provide for persons to be designated as overseers to oversee persons when
performing work under community work conditions;
(b)
regulate the conduct of overseers and persons in respect of whom community
work conditions are made, and provide for their health and safety;
(c)
prescribe for the purposes of paragraphs (a) and (b), respectively, of
section 91, minimum and maximum numbers of hours in lieu of those set out in
those paragraphs;
(d)
prescribe the maximum number of hours of work that a person may be required to
perform under community work conditions on any one day;
(e)
provide for travelling and transport arrangements to be made for persons
performing work under community work conditions;
(f)
prescribe the effect of injury and sickness in relation to community work
conditions;
(g)
prescribe periods to be taken into account in computing the number of hours of
work performed by a person under community work conditions.
