Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The CEO or a
person authorised by the CEO may, during business hours, enter premises at
which are kept records and documents relating to the conduct of adoption
services and may inspect and take copies, notes or extracts of, and take
possession of, the records or documents.
(2) A person must not
hinder or obstruct the CEO or an authorised person in the exercise of a power
conferred by this regulation.
Penalty: $2 000.
