(1) Where the CEO
issues or renews a licence, the CEO is to cause the applicant to be served, by
registered post and no later than 28 days after the decision is made,
with written notice setting out the decision.
(2) Where the CEO
declines to issue a licence, the CEO is to cause the applicant to be served,
by registered post and no later than 28 days after the decision is made,
with written notice setting out the decision and the reasons for the decision.
(3) Where the CEO
declines to renew a licence, the CEO is to cause the applicant to be served,
by registered post and no later than 14 days before the day on which the
licence is due to expire, with written notice setting out the decision and the
reasons for the decision.
