ANIMAL WELFARE (SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES) REGULATIONS 2003 - REG 2

2 .         “Scientific use code” prescribed (s. 5)

                The latest edition of the “ Australian code of practice for the care and use of animals for scientific purposes ” (including any amendments) published from time to time by, or on behalf of, the National Health and Medical Research Council is prescribed as the “scientific use code” for the purposes of that definition in section 5(1) of the Act.
