Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) An inspector may
direct a person who is required to keep a record under regulation 50(1),
or is given a copy of a record under regulation 50(3) or (4), to
produce the record or copy to the inspector at any reasonable time.
(2) A person must not,
without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a direction given under
subregulation (1).
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of
$7 500.
