Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The spark arrester
required to be fitted to the exhaust pipe of a tractor pursuant to
section 27(1)(a)(ii) of the Act shall be an efficient spark arrester of
suitable design for the type of tractor to which it is attached and shall be
maintained in a clean, sound and efficient condition at all times when the
tractor is in operation during the prohibited burning times or restricted
burning times.
(2) The fire
extinguisher required to be carried pursuant to section 27(5) shall be a
fire extinguisher as defined in regulation 3.
