under any of the provisions of the foregoing by‑laws shall in any
respect prejudice or injuriously affect the rights of any person acting
legally by virtue of some estate, right or interest in or over or affecting
the park or any part thereof, or be deemed to confer on the Board any greater
estate, right, or power than they possess under the abovementioned Statute.
