BURSWOOD PARK BY-LAWS 1988 - REG 37

37 .         Acts by authorised persons

                Nothing in these by‑laws prevents the doing of any act, matter or thing by an authorised person when — 

            (a)         discharging the duties; or

            (b)         exercising the powers,

                of an authorised person under these by‑‑laws.
