Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations If an amount of
building services levy or an amount payable under regulation 13(1)
remains unpaid after the day on which it becomes due for payment, there is
payable to the Building Commissioner by way of penalty, in addition to the
amount of the levy, an amount calculated (pro rata) at the rate prescribed
under the Civil Judgments Enforcement Act 2004 section 8(1)(a) upon
the amount of the levy from time to time remaining unpaid.
