Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) A party to a
current proceeding may request the Building Commissioner to cause an
inspection to be made of building work and the Building Commissioner may, if
of the opinion that it is appropriate to do so, authorise an authorised
officer to make the inspection.
(2) Part 4 of the
Act applies to an inspection authorised under subregulation (1) as if the
inspection were an inspection under that Part.
