CHILD CARE SERVICES (CHILD CARE) REGULATIONS 2006 - REG 101

101 .         Smoking

                A licensee must ensure that a person who is at the place during a care session does not smoke a cigarette, cigar or pipe.

        Penalty: a fine of $3 000.
