CIVIL JUDGMENTS ENFORCEMENT REGULATIONS 2005 - REG 84

84 .         Documents served by enforcement officer

        (1)         If a document is served by an enforcement officer, the enforcement officer must lodge a certificate of service in the court.

        (2)         The certificate must be in an approved form.
