DANGEROUS GOODS SAFETY (EXPLOSIVES) REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 71

71 .         MPUs in operation not to be left unattended

                A person manufacturing a bulk AN-based explosive using constituents from an MPU must not leave the controls of the MPU unattended at any time.

        Penalty: a level 3 fine.
