DANGEROUS GOODS SAFETY (SECURITY SENSITIVE AMMONIUM NITRATE) REGULATIONS 2007 - REG 29

29 .         Terms used

                In this Part —

        licence means any of the following —

            (a)         an SSAN import/export licence;

            (b)         an SSAN manufacture licence;

            (c)         an SSAN storage licence;

            (d)         an SSAN transport licence;

            (e)         an SSAN supply licence;

            (f)         an SSAN fertiliser licence;

        relevant offence means any of the following —

            (a)         an offence against the Act or these or any other regulations made under the Act;

            (b)         an offence against a law of another place that substantially corresponds to the Act;

            (c)         an offence against the law of this State or another place an element of which is the handling, storage or transport of explosives.
