Notes —

entered.
2. Specify the name of any person (other
than a police officer) who is to enter the land, premises or thing together
with an officer or servant of the energy operator. If no other person is to
accompany an officer or servant of the energy operator, strike out the words
“together with”. Strike out the entire box if the warrant is to be
executed only by one or more police officers.

Strike out the entire box if the warrant is to be executed without police
assistance.
