ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION (PACKAGED FERTILISER) REGULATIONS 2010 - REG 2

2 .         Commencement

                These regulations come into operation as follows —

            (a)         regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette ;

            (b)         Part 3 and regulation 17 — on 1 January 2013;

            (c)         the rest of the regulations — on the day after the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette .
