A person who has
submitted a report under regulation 20B who becomes aware that a
measurement referred to in the report is inaccurate must, as soon as
practicable after discovering the inaccuracy, report to the Chief Executive
Officer the extent, and cause, of the inaccuracy which is known to the person
making the report.
Penalty: $5 000.
