Division —
ancillary measure means a measure designated to be
an ancillary measure under regulation 16BB(1);
approved noise management plan means a noise
management plan approved under regulation 16BA, as amended from time to
time, that has effect;
shooting activity means shooting conducted as part
of a competition day, practice or training session, exhibition, trial, test,
entertainment event, promotion or other similar activity;
shooting venue means premises that are a licensed
firearm range as defined in the Firearms Act 2024 section 5.
