Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations A Court officer shall
forthwith, after the filing of a petition, publish a copy thereof in the
Government Gazette , and shall also forthwith publish in a newspaper
circulating generally in the State, or in the district for which the election
was held, as the case requires, a notice setting forth the fact of the
presentation of the petition, the date of presentation, the name of the
petitioner, the nature of the relief claimed, and, as concisely as may be, the
grounds on which the election is disputed.
